Meditations & Visualitzation
Week One

When and how have you decided to commit to meditating each day?
Some of us prefer silent meditation and others like to have a guided meditation. While there are different benefits to each, the point is to create boundaries around your time and space, tell your brain to be quiet for a period of time, and stop to do the work.
Your commitment is to spend 10 minutes eat least 6 days/week to do your meditation and visualization. Once you practice visualization, you can add a clear-feeling experience of it at the end of your meditation.
Remember, visualization is for the purpose of feeling the experience. When we get out of our critical mind and into experiencing what we want to feel, no matter how brief, we start to change in a new way. Visualization is NOT for the purpose of setting a metric/goal to fail at achieving. There is no failure here, just possibility.
I often use guided meditation, here are some resources that may serve you. Some are free and some have subscriptions, so you choose which is right for you. (Sitting quietly is FREE.). 😊
