What You’ll Get:

For 6 weeks (42 days), you’ll follow a guided rhythm designed to fuel your body, calm your mind, and spark your motivation:

✔️ 6 workouts per week → 2 strength, 2 cardio intervals, and 2 your choice (live online classes, recordings, or do-it-yourself options like yoga and walking).

✔️ Daily meditation & visualization → Because training your mind is just as important as training your muscles. You won’t believe how powerful this is until you try it.

✔️ Intentional connection → Reach out to one person each day—because relationships matter for your brain, your body, and your life.

✔️ Your “Wild Card” → The one habit you’ve been meaning to dial in (hydration, sleep, less screen time—you choose).

✔️Weekly journal prompts → Reflection that keeps your motivation sharp.
